Q: When can I order the FlexCorn?

Pricing and order writing for FlexCorn will be available December 1st, 2023 on the MacDon Dealer Portal.

Q: What are the top 3 selling points of the FlexCorn?

  1. Fewer Passes with Flex - The two pivoting wings on MacDon's FlexCorn Header independently track steep terraces and uneven ground conditions for a more thorough and even cut of the trickiest patches of your field.
  2. FluidMotion™ Hydraulic Flex Control - FluidMotion™ Hydraulic Flex Control provides smooth ground following flex by responding instantly to ground fluctuation.
  3. One-Pass Residue Management - FlexCorn provides the same industry-leading residue management as MacDon C Series Headers. MacDon’s OctiRoll™ system creates well-conditioned, evenly chopped, and evenly distributed residue in a single pass - even in the toughest corn varieties.

Q: What is the Flex Range of the FlexCorn?

The FlexCorn wings have over 15 degrees of range, so a 16-row header with 30-inch (76.2 cm) spacing provides 61 inches (155 cm) of total flex range on each end. A 12-row header provides 44 inches (112 cm) of total flex range on each end.

Q: Which combines are compatible with the ISOBUS integrated controls?

FlexCorn compatible combines include; John Deere, Case IH, and New Holland, with more being added. See your MacDon Dealer for compatibility. Combines without an ISOBUS connection require an additional display.

Q: What is the available cut height?

The cut height is 8-18" for non-chopping and 4-14" for chopping.
